I've been tapping my mouth for a few years. I didn't really know what my nose was about until I was 7 years old. My dad brought a person home who had a nose vacuum cleaner. I was shocked !! It took at least 50 years to learn properly how to breath, I'm 70 years. It's a conscience effort, but I'm getting good at it. Life is not good being a mouth breather.

I want to know what she wanted to know - how you have time for that. That doesn’t seem to be prioritized in their, so far, so I may never know.
The new recommendation from health authorities is not 10,000 but 3,000, maybe that will actually be a better advice because much more people can do 3,000 and it was few proof of benefits from the 10,000.

To me as a type 1 diabetic, the influencers wearing cgms are nothing more than laughable ...
Thanks for sharing your perspective! I can imagine it seems strange that people without diabetes would be tracking their blood glucose in such depth. I’ve personally found it a very useful tool to feel good in my body (and brain) on a daily basis, but I can-of course-only relay my own experience. If you’re open to it, I’d love to hear your thoughts / your experience on managing your blood sugar with type 1 diabetes. I think it’s so helpful for people interested in blood sugar, both diabetic and non-diabetic. No pressure, of course ❤️ xo Robin

Not everybody has time for it. A job and young kids does not leave enough time in a day.
If you have eczema chocolate is a no no for me I’ve found it to be inflammatory

Purchased one about 2 weeks ago. Diagnosed with the beginning of osteoporosis. My nephew a chiropractor recommended. So far I am really enjoying it. Increasing my workout on it each day. We will see what it improves for me

those last few sentences here; 15:41 - about feeling the compulsive urge, and instead sitting with it, observing it, and deciding if it serves you in that moment, is holy shit. so, so profound and really made an impact on me. i've written them down to go back to in the future for more reflection. thank you for sharing this, i am going to carry that with me and try to implement that in me own habits.

Highly recommend goruck rucker 4.0. Those things are built like tank and can carry as much as you can. Would suggest getting additional hip belt to make it better!
I had hernia surgery and the Doc said all I could do is walk, nothing else. I’m typically a runner but have been walking 18-22,000 steps per day. Outdoor, treadmill on max elevation and even around the yard. I’m down 1 lb, and am only eating -500 cal/day. It’s tough at first and requires some time commitment, but it’s worth it!

🩵 I have learned that it is so important to prioritize how life feels like instead of how it looks like. Once you internalize this, you become unstoppable.
I agree so much with this idea of we love the things that we care for. I experienced it through the first months of motherhood. I believe the parental bond of love gets created through the acts of service and care we give to our little humans when the come to earth and they can’t do a lot by themselves. All those sleepless nights, backaches, ringing ears from baby crying and cleaning on repeat were a sign of love and service to a human I yet didn’t even knew and therefore created a bond.

This has been on my mind. There are times to evaluate, and gather info, but at some point you have to act. It's time for me to act.
My tip is to get a dog, I easily walk over 14k steps a day by just walking my dog twice a day (for him to pee and poo).😅

I have a few friends who also have intestinal and stomach problems and they have applied some methods and shown positive improvements in their stomachs and here are some methods I contribute. Picked up from their shares: 1. Use probiotics, the use of probiotics helps reduce irritable bowel symptoms (IBS) and strengthen the immune system 2. Minimize irritating foods such as coffee, alcohol and hot spicy foods 3. Reduce Stress, there are studies and stories surrounding how stress and mood can directly affect the function of the stomach and intestines 4. Some folk remedies you can apply are drinking ginger water, honey or turmeric
Weighted walking for AFAB bodies is better done with a **lumbar pack**, not a weighted vest. Way better for the spine, posture, gait, and more. Check out "lumbar rucking"
These next six months I will be focusing on my relationship with myself (with the help of a therapist) and my relationship with God. For my relationship with myself, I plan to focus on my anxiety, my daily exercising, and my food intake. With my relationship with God, I plan to read the Bible, pray, and attend church. And thank you Robin for sharing. I am really enjoying your content.

I love walking as well and I try to do it everyday after work for an hour if I'm not playing other sports. On days I don't get to do some kind of exercise, it just doesn't feel right at all.

Robin I am so curious about the full body red light sleeping bags that are available online but it seems like there is a lot of mixed information out there and it’s so hard to know if it is worth the price.
